Free Sales Agent for You + Setup Guide

Hi Doers,
I just finished an AI Automation Challenge where we built three automations from scratch.
Today, you’re getting the Sales Agent — completely free — plus a quick setup video so you can install it in minutes.
Let’s go 🚀
This is one of the most useful automations you can add to your business if you want to save time, follow up consistently, and never lose a lead again.
Inside the Sales Agent, you’ll see:
🔹 Automatic lead capture
🔹 CRM updates with zero manual data entry
🔹 Three AI-powered follow-up emails
🔹 Instant stop when someone books a call
🔹 A no-show sequence that re-engages missed calls
🔹 Full visibility in your Google Sheet
It’s simple, clean, and easy to customize — even if you’re brand new to n8n.

Prompt of the Day
Write like a human
Use active voice
Instead of: “The meeting was canceled by management.”
Use: “Management canceled the meeting.”
Address readers directly
Use “you” and “your.”
Example: “You’ll save hours with this workflow.”
Be direct and concise
Example: “Call me at 3pm.”
Use simple language
Example: “We need to fix this problem.”
Remove fluff
Example: “The project failed.”
Focus on clarity
Example: “Submit your expense report by Friday.”
Vary sentence length
Short. Medium. Long. This creates rhythm.
Keep a natural, conversational tone
Example: “But that’s not how it works in real life.”
Be honest
Example: “This approach has problems.”
Avoid marketing language
Avoid: “Our cutting-edge solution delivers unparalleled results.”
Use: “This tool helps you track expenses.”
Simplify grammar
Example: “Yeah, we can do that tomorrow.”
Avoid AI-filler phrases
Avoid: “Let’s explore this fascinating opportunity.”
Use: “Here’s what we know.”
Avoid These
Clichés, jargon, hashtags, semicolons, emojis, asterisks, dashes
Instead of: “Let’s touch base to move the needle on this mission-critical deliverable.”
Use: “Let’s meet to discuss how to improve this project.”
Conditional language when certainty is possible
Avoid: “This approach might improve results.”
Use: “This approach improves results.”
Redundancy and repetition
Remove anything that repeats a point or adds no value.
