How to Auto-Clear Security Alerts (n8n update)

Watch the update + grab the workflow.

Hi Doers,

This is a quick update from last week’s workflow. I added a small if-condition inside n8n so all those annoying security alert emails get cleared and marked as read.

It’s a tiny tweak, but it makes a big difference for keeping the inbox under control.

What you’ll learn in the video

  • Where to place the If node in your existing email agent flow

  • The exact condition to match common security alerts

  • How to Mark as Read and optionally Move to Archive/Label

Your AI Email Reply Agent n8n Workflow is ready to download.

👇 Grab it here:

Tip: If you download the ZIP on mobile, unzip it first, then send the .json file to your computer to import into n8n.

How to Import Your Workflow into n8n

  1. Download the JSON file to your computer.

  2. Open n8n and log in.

  3. Click Import → From File and choose the JSON you just downloaded.

  4. Open each Gmail and OpenAI node, then plug in your own credentials/keys.

  5. Save and hit Execute Workflow to give it a spin. 🚀

💡 You’ll need your own Gmail + OpenAI keys for it to run — without them, it’s just a pretty diagram.

I’m excited for you to try this out.
Whether you’re just starting with n8n or you’ve been automating everything in sight, this little workflow is yours to keep, tweak, and make awesome.

Next week: I’m sharing another automation idea you can steal and customize for your own workflow.

Let’s build, automate, and grow—together.
