🌱 Get MindStrong

Everyone has the healing power of unconditional love.

When you open your heart to unconditional love, you will heal. 🧘‍♂️

This means you need to let go and not hold on to anger and unbalanced emotions.

We base our emotions on our perceptions.

So, if you can change your mind and your opinions, you can also change your perceptions of how you feel about things.

If you don't feel well, you can change your view. Open your heart to gratitude and love.

Here is a quick action step:

Imagine the energy of pure love filling your body and healing you completely.

Affirmation:

“I am grateful and certain, that I am healing.”

Do you like to travel abroad?

When we travel to a foreign country, we usually don't understand the locals or their language.

But we want to be part of the culture and their experience.

How about creating an AI app that can help you translate and speak like a local?

I know, there are already some options on the market. But your mission would be to find what's missing in them and create a specific solution.

👀 Your Mission:

Help people be confident when speaking with locals around the world.

🔍 The Validation 🔍

Market = Big = Travelers, Immigrants, Digital Nomad, International Businesses

Languages = over 3000

And yes, we do have some free options, but they are too generic.

We can use them to our advantage to test them and build something to stand out.

Free options:

  • Google Translate - This app is everywhere. It offers offline translation for over 100 languages. It also offers real-time translation for over 30 languages. It can translate text, voice, and even images through your camera. But, it sometimes has limited vocabulary and handling of nuances.

  • Microsoft Translator - is like Google Translate. It offers offline and real-time translation for many languages. This includes text, voice, and image translation. Its strengths include offline phrasebooks and the ability to translate entire conversations.

  • Hi Translate focuses on translating voice and conversations. It supports over 80 languages. It boasts high accuracy and natural-sounding output, making it ideal for real-time conversations. But, it requires internet access and may not offer offline capabilities.

🏆 Your Action Plan 🏆

🔧 Step 1: Research and Learn

  • Test the free options and make a list of what you like and dislike

  • Find out people's reviews and make a list of the complaints

  • Research Reddit- you can try https://gummysearch.com/ Quora etc. (psst….not an affiliate)

🔧 Step 2: Build

  • Start with a list of features or a plan for the app. For example, will it be for real-time conversations or basic text translations?

  • Focus on creating easy-to-follow guides and simple UI.

  • Depending on what you are building - find LLms for Specialized tasks. For example: LLMs for Voice translation or LLms for Dialogue.

  • If you use OPenAI Assistant. Learn prompting- this is your secret.

  • Choose your No-code tools - Glide, Adalo, Softr, Bubble.io.

  • Another option is to buy a Boilerplate - Shipfast (I am buying it myself to test)

  • First Offer for Free, then Test and iterate, by collecting feedback

🔧 Step 3: Market Your App

A little bit of luck, persistence, and patience 🙌

Reach out where your perfect customers hang out and offer to let them use the APP for free.

Then ask them for feedback, and to let them share their progress. Market on your socials, Reddit, and ProductHunt. If you’ve built a good product, people love to share.

Here are some free options:

  1. When you find where your tribe might hang out- it might be a Facebook group or Discord- find a complaint and offer your Solution (aka App) for a Free Test

  2. Make funny videos- post on Tiktok, Instagram, YouTube

  3. Make valuable content with this question in mind: “How (your APP) will help you with your weight loss?”

  4. Find digital nomads, immigrants, and niches. Offer them a deal. (With a trackable affiliate link?)

🔧 Step 4: Add Your Personal Touch

What specific needs and pain points your app is about?

Can you add features that highlight cultures or slang?

Adding your personal touch is trying to differentiate from what's already out there. You will know this by now because you've done your research.

One idea is to make features for common traveler problems. For example, shopping in the market and trying to get a better price. Or, a real-time translation when trying to get directions.

For immigrants: it could be an immigrant who does not speak English. They need to visit their kids in the USA. But, they are afraid they can't handle the long flights and airplane changes. This fear is due to not knowing the language.

This is a specific market but can grow fast by referral if your UI is super easy to use. In this case- your target market will be older people.

And most of all, find your edge and what excites you, or which type of people you want to help.

You can start with yourself first. But you need to find common problems like yours.

There are some popular destinations, let's start with Japan.

Find out some specifics and tips for Japanese culture and speaking in Japanese.

If your target is people traveling to Japan, then to market you'll need to find this tribe.

And there you have it, doers! Make everyone travel like a pro!

Keep building!
