Hi Doers,

You know that feeling when you finish recording a video… and then remember you still have to write the newsletter about it?

👉 This week’s new agent: YouTube → Newsletter Agent

It takes any YouTube video you create and turns it into a ready-to-send newsletter draft.

Here’s how it works:

Step 1: you paste a YouTube URL
Step 2: the workflow pulls the full transcript automatically
Step 3: AI rewrites it as a clean newsletter in your style
Step 4: you get the draft in your inbox and hit schedule

That’s it. One video → one newsletter. Done.

I originally connected this directly to Beehiiv through the API… then discovered their API access is only on the Enterprise plan. So I simplified the agent:

Now it just emails you the finished draft.
Copy. Paste. Send. No upgrades needed.

For the writing part, I’m using Claude Opus 4.5 through OpenRouter — it’s been the most consistent for tone and structure in my tests.

Style rules for the analysis

  • Be direct and specific

  • No clichés or life-coach language

  • No toxic positivity

  • Present the conclusions plainly
